Our Generous Donors Make All the Difference!

This past winter holiday season, the President of the Board of Directors of the Foundation and the Executive Director of CMSA are teamed up to match donations to CMSA Foundation from Dec 1 - Jan 6.  This means your donation went twice as far to provide scholarships to case managers in need, awards for recognition and practice improvement, and research grants to demonstrate the impact case managers have on the lives of their patients and the health care industry.  Thank you!

The  Foundation shares your commitment to building a valuable, viable, visible case management industry.  You can help us achieve these worthwhile goals by contributing  today! Your tax-deductible donation is an investment in the development of case management. Change the face of the industry while changing the lives of case managers and their clients.

Donors may choose to contribute to one or more of the following three funds:

  • HONORARY FUND: Honor friends or family, special events or causes
  • MEMORIAL FUND: Recognize and remember late case managers, their family members, or friends of the case management community

All donors will receive electronic acknowledgement of their donation. All other information obtained about donors will be held in the strictest confidence.  The Foundation will honor donor wishes in regard to publication or other forms of recognition.

CMSA Foundation is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
