The CMSA Foundation Awards Program honors outstanding individuals, groups, or organizations that elevate the profession of case management through research, innovation, and evidence-based practice. These prestigious annual awards celebrate excellence in advancing case management knowledge, outcomes, and professional standards.
Recognizes standout initiatives that transform case management through innovation, measurable results, and alignment with CMSA Standards. Winners receive up to $1,500 and national recognition for advancing practice excellence.
Recognizes innovative case management leaders who integrate technology and best practices to deliver measurable improvements for insulin-dependent patients.
Sponsored by Insulet, Maker of Omnipod, this award includes a $2,000 cash prize.
Recognizes outstanding research and evidence-based projects that advance case management practice, policy, or education. Recipients earn up to $1,500 in recognition of their contributions.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 1
Submissions are accepted annually. Applicants may submit more than one entry, but only one award will be granted. Cash prize amount may vary.
