Your CMSA Chapter has challenged you to become a monthly donor for the CMSA Foundation.

The CMSA Foundation relies on donors to support the CMSA members and the case management profession. This is done in a variety of ways - including scholarships for training, grants for public policy efforts, and recognition for research and practice improvement programs.

The CMSA Foundation aspires to continue these programs and offer more opportunities but the support from our members is needed to make this happen.

If every member simply gave $10/month, the CMSA Foundation could make these goals a reality and support many more CMSA members in their career path.

Setup your recurring donation by May 20 for your chapter
to be entered into the Chapter Challenge!

List your Chapter’s Name in the “REFERRED BY” field on the donor form
so they may get credit in the Chapter Challenge.

FRIENDS OF THE FOUNDATION
(Monthly Recurring Donation)

Join our Friends of the Foundation by simply making an automated monthly payment! Easier to make smaller donations more often without even giving it another thought!

Donations may be made as little as $10/month! On average, donors commit to $20/month. Every little bit helps!

Why donate monthly?

Create a reliable source of revenue to support ongoing programs allowing the CMSA Foundation board the opportunity to implement strategic planning on time without waiting for funding.

Engage a budget friendly method of managing smaller monthly support versus a larger one-time donation.

Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the CMSA Foundation’s Mission and Vision.

Make a difference!

It is incumbent upon us to develop case managers into strong confident healthcare professionals who will lead from within their practice. To do this we all need to support a variety of educational opportunities……and the best and easiest way to do that is through the CMSA Foundation. I believe as we support CMSA and the Foundation we are supporting each other today and building the best future for case management and healthcare for us all.
