Recognizing Innovation in Case Management 

The CMSA Foundation Awards Program honors outstanding individuals, groups, or organizations that elevate the profession of case management through research, innovation, and evidence-based practice. These prestigious annual awards celebrate excellence in advancing case management knowledge, outcomes, and professional standards. 

APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 1

Submissions are accepted annually. Applicants may submit more than one entry, but only one award will be granted. Cash prize amount may vary. 

AWARD RECOGNITION

Award recipients will be: 

• Granted a cash award

• Recognized at the CMSA Annual Conference 

• Invited to publish in CMSA Today

• Invited to present an industry-wide webinar 

• Featured in CMSA Foundation Library 

• Encouraged to contribute a blog post to cmsa.org
